This development is located on Pike Drive and Roach Close.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2008.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in September 2008 to build 16 houses for rent.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2008/1365 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Construction started on this site in March 2009 and was completed in Autumn 2009.  All properties are now occupied.
