Cygnet Grove (NAW 4)

This development is located at the end of Woodpecker Grove.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in August 2006.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in May 2007 to build 54 Apartments, Houses and Bungalows.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2006/2781 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Construction started on the site in Autumn 2007 and the bungalows were completed in late Summer 2008.
