This development is located between Mull Croft and Wheatfield Close.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on the outline plan for this area in March 2009.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation an outline planning application was submitted and approval was given in September 2009.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2009/1042 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Detailed proposals for this area are subject to future public consultation and separate planning application.

Rehousing of residential properties in NAW 13 will take place in 2010/2011.
