Woodlands Highway

This development is located between Chester Road and Windward Way.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in September 2009.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

We are proposing to build 34 new homes including houses and apartments on part of the site.  Alongside this, we will improve the retained green space to create a Neighbourhood Park with enhanced orchard and community garden space, and a local area of play with a half MUGA.

Any proposals for this site are curently on hold and a planning application has not been submitted.
